Examinations:
The examination branch at Villa Marie Degree College is an important committee, committed towards planning and execution of examinations.
Objectives and Functions of the Examination branch
→ Ensuring evaluation of student’s assessment at regular intervals.
→ To ensure smooth conduct of the examination.
→ Acts as a liaison between the college and the Examination branch of the university
→ Conducting examination meetings with the faculty
→ Notifying and drafting of timetables for internal assessments and Semester End University examinations
→ Drafting of invigilation Charts
→ Prepare the seating plan for the conduct of the examinations
→ To ensure efficient test –proctoring.
→ Plan for the practical viva sessions
→ Ensure that question papers reach the college on time.
→ Ensure prompt dispatch of the answer scripts to the examination branch and to the faculty incase of internal assessments
